We wanted to create something that felt like a secret — a place where you could close your eyes and taste the tropics, then open them and find yourself on the shores of Lake Champlain, surrounded by the Green and Adirondack Mountains.
Our bar is stocked with rums from across the Caribbean, house-made bitters and shrubs, and fresh tropical fruit flown in whenever possible. But what truly makes Hero Islands special isn't just what's in the glass — it's the feeling you get when you sit on our patio, watch the sunset paint the lake gold, and realize you've stepped into another world entirely.
